A non-profit organization with the mission to improve the welfare of stray and abandoned dogs in Malaysia. H.O.P.E. was officially registered with the Registry of Societies Malaysia on the Aug 2009. Auntie Jia Jia the founder of H.O.P.E., who was also awarded the "Shining World Compassion Award" by Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association on 26th Oct 2009. Her kindness to animal lead her to build up a haven for strays, and for them, she is known as the "Guardian Angel".


H.O.P.E.'s mission through various activities and programs:


  • Rescuing Protect animal welfare and ended animal abuse.
  • Re-homing Offer a warmth home while a loving family is found.
  • Sterilization Major in controlling the stray population.
  • Heightening Public Awareness of Responsibilities Involved the pet ownership and highlighting the virtues of animals.

H.O.P.E.'s Vision :

H.O.P.E. aims to generate greater support for this cause and with committed members who willing to speak up and help these helpless creatures. Provide them a basic respect, full of love and loyalty.

Vision of the AAPDT:

  • To become the LEADING Australian voice for the dog training industry
  • To become a source of reference and information for the industry and all stakeholders
  • To reduce the number of unqualified dog trainers in the industry through better self-governance, accreditation and government legislation
  • To establish a benchmark & quality assurance system (accreditation) for the industry

Mission of the AAPDT:

  • To represent the professional dog training industry towards local and state government, animal welfare organisations and others involved with canine training of any sort to maximise exposure of a professional industry that benefits both dogs and handlers .
  • To represent its stakeholders in matters of relevance affecting the industry, or animal welfare
  • To promote the benefits of professional dog training to all stakeholders
  • To open the organisation to a wide stakeholder base, and include:
    • Accredited dog training schools
    • Accredited individual dog trainers/instructors (practicing)
    • Accredited trainers/instructors for dog training schools
    • Service Dog trainers (e.g. Guide Dog Trainers, Police Dog Trainers etc)
    • Associate category to be expanded
    • Affiliate Dog trainers category, incl. overseas contact
  • To ensure that all stakeholders run their business professionally and ethically and uphold the welfare of the animals and handlers in highest regard
  • To pass all members through a suitable review process that does not compromise standards
  • To provide a conduit for information, and guidance, through the management c'tee
  • To provide a conduit for promotion, easy access of contacts, and information that is objective, professional and relevant - making the AAPDT a source for Vets and Consumers alike
  • To be a pro-active organisation maximising opportunities for improvement of the industry and stakeholders at all times.

Dog Groomers Association of Singapore (DGA) was founded in the year 2009. Since its inception, DGA has grown significantly. Founded by a group of dedicated experienced Groomers and Grooming Instructors, its core objectives are to help improve the standards of Dog Grooming in Singapore by promoting and encouraging professionalism, good ethics and education amongst Dog Groomers.

  • The Kennel Club Union of Asia(KCUA) was established in 1981 that was set up by the various kennel groups in the asian area. KCUA is a very developed international kennel organization in Asian area which from the Republic of China Mr. Lan,Chen Feng served as president of KCUA,so far already has nine countries, 17 groups to join, and is gradually expanding. It manages the Union Members internal affairs and related operations.
