The pet's owner warrants that he/she possess good title of the dog and guarantees that the dog has not contracted a viral or bacterial infection at the time in the dog park.
Global Pets shall not be responsible for any diseases contracted at the Dog Park.
Dog owners undertake to use the Dog Park at their own risk. Global Pets will not be held liable for loss, damages or injuries to dogs and/or owners arising from the use of the Dog Park.
No other dogs are allowed to use the Dog Park if there is a training class. (Use of Dog Park is subjected to approval of Global Pets).
Only dogs with owners are allowed. Each dog must be accompanied by a handler with a permit by Global Pets.
Members or outsiders without dogs are not allowed in the Dog Park.
NOT ALLOWED. Pit Bulls (which includes the American Pit Bull Terrier also know as the American Pit Bull and Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, the American Bulldog and crosses between them and with other breeds, Neapolitan Mastiffs, Akita, Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero and their crosses are not allowed.
CONDITIONALLY ALLOWED. Bull Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Doberman, German Shepherd Dogs with its related breeds such as Belgian Shepherd and the East European Shepherd, Rottweiler and Pero De Piesa Canario are allowed but they must be muzzled.
Dog owners are to keep the Dog Park clean at all times. It is their responsibility to remove all dog droppings and dispose of them in the bins provided. Dogs and owners will be banned from using the Dog Park if caught not doing so.
Dog owners are prohibited from bringing in rawhide or food to the Dog Park unless permitted by Global Pets.
Global Pets reserves the sole right to amend any terms and conditions governing the use of the Dog Park.
