Founded as an independent pet supplies store in Nusa Bestari, Johor Bahru in 2004 and was an instant success. Global Pets has rapidly expanded to become a distinctive household brand that has established its mark as an integrated pet care specialty chain store.

The company expanded its offerings by giving greater emphasis to pet care services and rolled out grooming and boarding services companywide. In our quest to offer our customers a more comprehensive pet care solution, we continue to explore and develop new service offerings especially in areas such as pet adoption, training and cremation.

In the state of Johor, we are already the leading retailer of premium pet supplies and services. Our strategy is to offer our customers comprehensive pet care solutions at affordable prices, with superior levels of pet care supplies and services at convenient locations, and by hiring pet care specialists as ambassadors to guide our customers towards living a better quality pet loving lifestyles.
 

History & Milestones
In 2004, Global Pets started its 3 people operations in an independent store. Today, we are the largest pet stores service provider in Johor employing over 170 people including 22 qualified veterinarians and 20 certified pet groomers. Our stores currently operate in the following locations:
